Assigned representatives - Each of our clients is assigned a collection rep to work on your account. This rep is responsible for obtaining the maximum collection possible and answering all your questions. Other collection agencies allow more than one person to work an account and there is no accountability when a client wants a question answered.

ADW can put debtors on payment plans and supervise those payment plans to collect your money. This is part of our service.

Live support - Our company does not employ menu driven phone systems and during our hours of operations (9AM to 6PM, EST) staff members will answer and direct your calls. As a client, you will also be given a full directory of extension numbers for you to leave messages after regular working hours.
