Each project is different. However, they all are approached through a negotiable one year contract that renews automatically for a subsequent year if either party does not provide the other with a 30 day written notice prior to expiration. The contract between us defines the responsibilities of both parties and the costs, which are negotiated and agreed upon in advance.

Contract bidding - ADW will provide a bid on contracts such as Easy Pass, state collections and similar contracts. Please contact us with details of the project.
